Querylane
Querylane connects your AI assistant to your Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 data. Read-only, from your own computer.
What it does
Querylane is an MCP server. MCP, the Model Context Protocol, lets AI assistants such as Claude call tools. Querylane gives your assistant tools to:
- read Search Console performance by query, page, country and device;
- inspect URLs and check their indexing status;
- list the sitemaps of a property;
- run Google Analytics 4 reports, pivot reports and realtime reports.
You ask in plain language, for example "which pages lost clicks this month", and the assistant fetches the data it needs.
How it works
Querylane runs as a local MCP server on your computer, started by your AI client. The first time, you sign in with your Google account and approve read-only access. The access token is saved on your device. There is no Querylane server: your data goes from Google to your computer, and from there to the AI client you chose.
Google data it accesses
| Scope | Why |
|---|---|
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters.readonly | Read Search Console performance data, URL inspection results and sitemaps. |
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/analytics.readonly | Read Google Analytics 4 reports and report metadata. |
Querylane never writes to your Google accounts. You can revoke its access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.
